The Budokai's Gym section regularly starts the social year from

5th September 2022

Thinking of a return to "normality" we left TWO COURSES in the dual mode

presence / online for those who still need it.

ONLY PEOPLE ENROLLED IN THE TWO ONLINE COURSES WILL RECEIVE THE LINK.

The courses will take place in the Fior di Loto gym and in the Glicine Room.

The activities will take until 30 June 2023

and they follow the school holidays of the European School of Varese

ask the instructors.

 

Only the Budokai member can to participate in gymnastic courses.

Missed lessons cannot be made up and

it is not possible to attend courses in the gym on days other than those chosen.

Before enroll, always ask if there are places available.

 The courses will be activated by the organizers with a minimum of 10 members.

OPEN CARD members will be able to participate in all courses in the Gymnastics section:

Wait for confirmation that there are places available.

Remember to attach the valid medical certificate

 For the benefit of all, we suggest that you continue to comply with the regulations in force

and maintain minimum SARS-CoV-2 containment measures and procedures.

 WE RECOMMEND:

• Bring a personal mat (to be sanitized later at home)
• Bring an envelope that can hold your shoes since

NOTHING CAN BE LEFT IN THE CHANGING ROOMS

Disinfect your hands and feet before getting on the TATAMI

• Help at the end of the lesson to sanitize and open the windows to allow the following courses to take place.
