Monday 4:00–4:45 pm / Tuesday 4:45–5:30 pm

The MiniJudo course is designed to introduce children aged 3 to 5 to Judo in a fun and age-appropriate way. Through games, obstacle courses and psychomotor activities, young judoka develop coordination, balance, spatial awareness and a better understanding of their bodies.

From the very first lessons, children are introduced to some of the fundamental principles of Judo, such as bowing and showing respect for the rules, the instructors and their training partners. Individual, pair and group activities encourage cooperation and help build a solid foundation for the future learning of Judo techniques.

Participants may attend once or twice a week.

JUDO KIDS

Monday 5:00–6:00 pm / Tuesday 5:30–6:30 pm / Friday 6:00–7:00 pm

JudoKids is one of the most popular and long-standing courses offered by our club. Children learn the fundamentals of Judo through movement-based games, technical exercises and individual, pair and group activities.

To provide teaching that is better suited to each child’s experience and level, the lessons are also organised according to belt grade:

  • Monday is mainly dedicated to white and white-yellow belts;
  • Tuesday is reserved for coloured belts, from yellow belt onwards;
  • Friday is open to all belt levels.

Throughout the year, children will also have the opportunity to take part in additional lessons, training camps, competitions and belt examinations, enjoying a complete experience from a sporting, educational and motor-development perspective.

Participants may attend once or twice a week.

JUDO TEEN

The JudoTeen course supports young people during the transition from childhood to adolescence, combining physical training, technical development and personal growth.

Through Judo, participants learn to channel their energy positively, improve their coordination and physical fitness, and strengthen their discipline, concentration, respect and self-confidence.

Training sessions are open to all belt levels and are adapted to the experience and abilities of each participant. Additional activities, training camps and sporting events may also be organised during the season.
